pcso1 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pcso1 ("pcso1," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pcso1.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pcso1 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pcso1 platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the pcso1 platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, casino-style gaming is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. This age restriction is strictly enforced and is not waivable.
• You must be a natural person with the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a pcso1 employee or affiliated entity.
• You must not be a self-excluded player under any active self-exclusion order imposed by pcso1 or any PAGCOR-administered program.

To access real-money gaming features on pcso1, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active pcso1 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

Account Verification (KYC): pcso1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit any of the following at our discretion:

pcso1 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven payment services. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the issuing institution. pcso1 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day; bank transfers may take three (3) to five (5) business days. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are communicated within the cashier section of your account.

Withholding Tax: pcso1 complies with all applicable Philippine tax obligations. Winnings may be subject to withholding tax under the National Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for any personal income tax obligations arising from their winnings.

pcso1 offers various promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of its offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time period specified in each offer. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pcso1 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting using multiple accounts, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one active bonus may be applied to a pcso1 account at any given time.

All games available on pcso1 — including RNG-based slots, table games, video poker, and live dealer titles — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or professionally managed live dealer infrastructure. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual gaming session.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pcso1's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. pcso1 shall not be liable for any losses or missed wins arising from connectivity issues, browser crashes, device malfunctions, or interruptions to your internet service — whether provided by Globe, Smart, PLDT, or any other Philippine telecommunications provider.

Bets placed in error (e.g., wrong stake amount, wrong game variant) remain the responsibility of the Player. pcso1 is not obligated to reverse bets placed due to Player error, though our support team may assist on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pcso1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with pcso1 games, lobby navigation, or bonus systems
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or any multiplayer game format
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes
• Accessing pcso1 on behalf of another person for real-money gaming purposes without disclosed authorization
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through exploitation of technical errors are void and non-withdrawable
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first raising a dispute with pcso1 support

pcso1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements mandating account closure

Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any real-money funds remaining in the account balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-locked funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC completion.

All content on the pcso1 platform — including but not limited to the pcso1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pcso1 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of pcso1 content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pcso1 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to connectivity interruption, device failure, or third-party service outage
• Losses arising from reliance on incorrect game outcome information caused by technical error, provided pcso1 corrects the error upon becoming aware of it
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Errors in game software caused by certified third-party providers, where pcso1 has acted in good faith reliance on provider certification

pcso1's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the actual deposits made by that Player to their pcso1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by pcso1 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating a pcso1 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC, anti-fraud, and regulatory reporting purposes, in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules.

Disputes involving gaming outcome fairness may be escalated to the relevant certified game testing laboratory whose audit certificate applies to the game in question.

pcso1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where prior notice is required by applicable law or regulation. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pcso1 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining balance and close your account.
